Los Angeles, CA — Sally Kirkland is heading for Wedlocked.
Best Actress Oscar Nominee, Golden Globe winner, Independent Spirit Award winner and veteran of 150 films, Sally Kirkland joined cast of “Wedlocked” in the role of Roz.
Kirkland joins a cast that also includes, Whitney Mixter, who plays Cameron, Shelli Boone, who plays Sydney, Noelle Meissier, Drew Droege, and Dilan Patton also star.
“Wedlocked” is produced by Marvin Glover, Ally Iseman and Christine Moore. The script was written by Guinevere Turner, known for her work on “The L Word” and the screenplay “American Psycho”.
“Wedlocked” is a farcical comedy short film about Sydney and Cameron who are happily engaged and looking forward to their big day. The only problem is, Syndey is still married to Lisa and their home state of Texas won’t recognize their marriage let alone their divorce. They’ve become victims of the quiet fight behind the battle for marriage equality. They are… WEDLOCKED.
